Lion Photo from Classic Africa Safaris

Mana Pools is not considered to be the best location in Zimbabwe for photographing lions - Matusadona on Lake Kariba's shoreline is widely believed to have the highest concentration of lions in Africa, Hwange is also an ideal safari destination if you're looking for lions in Zimbabwe.

In Botswana, the Savute and Selinda areas are excellent spots for capturing lions on film.
